Ship or drop off your unit for a complete professional rebuild. $295 includes labor and a complete seal kit. Hard parts, if required, are additional cost.

The Complete Rebuild Process
- Complete tear-down to bare components
- Multi-stage cleaning to remove contaminants
- Studs and hardware wire-wheeled to remove rust and corrosion
- Cylinders honed for proper sealing
- Crossover valve rebuilt with new spring
- Anti-seize applied to appropriate components
- Valves and motors inspected, serviced, or replaced if faulty
- Reassembled with new seal kit
- Extensive test stand cycling for function and leaks
- Pressure set to factory specification
- Amp draw verified within specification
- Left under pressure for hours or overnight to confirm no leak-down
- Filters removed and cleaned again after final cycling
Rebuild Service – $295
$295 includes professional labor and a complete seal kit.
Hard parts, if required, are additional cost.
Units supported: E46, E47, E57, E58, E60, and E61.
If rebuilding your unit would exceed the cost of a rebuilt units, you will be offered the option to purchase another unit instead and your unit will be retained for parts.
